1. What this policy covers This policy explains what information we collect when you register a store and use this platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. 2. Information we collect - Account details you give us: your name, store name, username, email address and phone number. - Business data you enter: products, stock levels, sales, invoices, refunds and customer records. - Technical information: your IP address and the date and time of actions taken in your account, kept as an activity record for security. - Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation of payment and a reference. We never see or store your card details. 3. How we use it - To provide the service, keep your store running and support you when you ask for help. - To manage your subscription, send renewal reminders and receipts. - To send you the business reports you are subscribed to. - To investigate misuse, fraud or a security problem. 4. Customer data you enter If you record details about your own customers (name, phone, email), you remain responsible for that information. You must have your customers' agreement to store it, and you must use it only for your own business. We process it on your behalf and do not use it for our own purposes. 5. Who we share it with We do not sell your data. We share it only with: Paystack, to process payments; our hosting and email providers, so the service can run; and the authorities, where the law requires it. 6. Keeping your data We keep your store data for as long as your account exists. If your subscription ends, your data remains for a reasonable period so you can return, after which it may be deleted. Shared receipt links expire automatically. 7. Security We protect your account with passwords and role-based access, and keep a record of actions taken in your store. No system is completely secure, so keep your password private and do not share staff logins. 8. Your rights You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Contact us using the details on our website. 9. Cookies We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. 10. Changes We may update this policy.
