1. Acceptance By registering a store and using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Your account You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account and the staff accounts you create. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. 3. Subscription and payment The service is provided on a monthly subscription. Your store stays active while your subscription is paid. After your period ends (plus any grace days), the store is switched off until you renew. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law. 4. Acceptable use You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, copy, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. 5. Your data You own the business data you enter (products, sales, customers). You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for keeping your own backups. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee against all loss. 6. Refunds to your customers Any refunds you give to your customers are strictly between you and your customer. The platform provides tools to record refunds; it does not process or fund them. 7. Availability We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be paused for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. 8. Suspension We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully. 9. Changes These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. 10. Liability The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
